The Sacred Oath

The lightning strikes and the thunder roars, if there was ever a time then let it be now, who ever said life was easy, it always gets worse before it gets better, the clock strikes noon, and there's no way to see, your surrounded by darkness, no shed of light around.

Inside you hear this still small voice, it comes with wisdom, and it comes with peace, it conquers fear, and your strivings ceased. Be not afraid my child,  for I will protect you.

And now you feel this remnant peace, the thunder stops, and lightning leaves, and in the sky you see the light, it rips the clouds, and demolishes the darkness, this light is bright, the darkness trembles, it runs in fear, from the one who saved.  

My Revelation

The time has come,
A path less chosen.
Not to live by the law,
Only to ask to better thyself.
You just want to get away with things,
And your left stagnant yet searching,
Searching for an answer to the question,
What question you ask?
Well that's for you to decide.
Would you rather live a life,
Getting away with scapegoats,
Or live an uplifting life,
Full of grace and honor.
I for one can say,
I'm tired of living this thing called life.
Im tired of licing it so simple and effortless,
I wanna be a light unto thy world.
I wanna be a stepping point,
Something people can say they wanna mimic.
I wanna live how God wants me to live.
I'm tired if being selfish and greedy.
It's time to take a step,
A step outside the box,
And step into something new,
A new way of living.
A new way of believing.
Won't you walk with me my brothers and sisters?
